Other than baking, BAKING SODA is popularly used for cleaning microwaves/ refrigerators, shining teeth, eliminating odours etc. BAKING SODA has so many other uses other than baking that it should be rather called the most versatile cleaning tool.

What is BAKING SODA?

BAKING SODA is also known as, Sodium Bicarbonate is a white, crystalline powder. It is made of Sodium cation and bicarbonate anion.

Weight loss can happen due to many factors. It could be due to fat loss, muscle loss, dehydration etc. Weight loss by itself is an incorrect term and we should always focus on fat loss.
